ASRT driver Ralfs Sirmacis and his co-driver Ralfs Igaveņš won in class ERC2 at Rally Liepāja while Dmitrijs Feofanovs was forced to retire. This rally was hard not only for drivers, but also for mechanics and service staff.

After the rally, the head of ASRT, Ainārs Igaveņš, praised his Spanish partners from MT Racing who have been servicing drivers and their cars of different motorsports already for 20 years.

"MT Racing with its team leader Manuel Jose Mateo Pacheco came to assist team ASRT in this rally. Although this team and its mechanics have a lot of work in Spain and limited free time, Manuel managed to find a gap in his schedule and come to Latvia to help ASRT. He and his mechanics helped the team both before and during the rally. I would like to personally thank to everyone for the professional work and their great experience because without their help, it would have been more difficult. I am happy we were able to achieve such a great result," says Ainārs Igaveņš.
