Happy with the start of the new season and the team's performance was ASRT team leader Mārcis Ķenavs. "Start of season has been managed well. At this stage we started with two crews where Ainārs task was to test and verify the new car, so then it could be offered to customers. Meanwhile Feofanovs task was to continue to learn and to increase the speed, which was also perfectly managed," says ASRT team leader Mārcis Ķenavs.

In terms of performance, Mārcis added that both crews had shown significant results. "Ainārs managed to drive very well, it was a great training before rally Talsi. Both he and I are happy with this rally, track and the organization of this event. Ainārs has not driven all-wheel drive car since last years rally Alūksne, so I think that withouth any special training, he managed to produce quite a good result."

"We are pleased with the fact that if at the beginning of the rally Feofanovs drove cautiously, after that he managed to increase his speed safely and rapidly. This shown speed vas very good for Dmitrijs, which satisfied both him and me. We are pleased with the changes compared to last year, and that he already can drive faster and more reliably. I am very pleased that invested training process slowly starts to pay off, because speed has increased," Ķenavs praised his team crews.

The next start for ASRT team will be rally "Talsi", which will be started with more crews.
